LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS AND BUSINESS SUCCESS

Abstract

This paper is a result of the research that was primarily aimed to determine the relationship of learning, adult education, and business success. However, as it is clear that the socio-personal characteristics of leaders, as well as the overall social and political circumstances in which they operate, also have a certain role in their formation, the survey also covered these aspects of leadership. Questioning the view that the leadership can be easily learned, and reinforcing the idea that skills which are learned may be a factor of good leadership, on the example of the already proven leader, the most successful businessmen in Serbia, with this research we have tried to establish the role of leadership characteristics in achieving business success.
