Fantasy Frame for Hypernaturalism in Jan Svankmajer’s Movies

This work sets in focus complete work od Czech director and animator Jan
Švankmajer, with a special end view to his full-length animated-feature films. Among
these, it is possible to classify methods od adaptation which he uses during the adaptation of literary work to visual art. After the introduction to his complete works, we use
multidisciplinary approach (combining critical, mythological and sociological points of
view) to analyze his feature films.
