О ПИСАЊУ ИСТОРИЈЕ АНТРОПОЛОГИЈЕ КРАЈА ДВАДЕСЕТОГ И ПОЧЕТКА ДВАДЕСЕТ ПРВОГ ВЕКА

Apstrakt

Superficial overviews of history of anthropology too often qualify its last couple of decades by taking a peripheral and short postmodernist intrusion as a turning point. An attempt at the exegesis of one such text reveals that it is a case of "retroactive victory through the writing of history", and not history of discipline itself. Such a superficial qualification of the given period can easily confuse future generations of anthropologists, leading them to believe that "Writing Culture" represents a trend worth mentioning.
